TZP Growth Equity is led by Sam Katz, the Founder and Managing Partner, who has over 16 years of experience as a leading investor in the lower middle market. He began his career as a Financial Analyst at Drexel Burnham Lambert and worked at The Blackstone Group on significant LBOs. Sam held various senior corporate and strategic development roles at Cendant, including CEO and Chairman roles in multiple divisions.
