Manager's Experience

Jonathan Keidan (Founder & Managing Partner) founded Torch Capital in 2017 after a career as a music industry manager working with John Legend, The Dave Matthews Band, and other major artists; he co-founded InsideHook (men's lifestyle digital media publisher) and began angel investing in Compass, Zocdoc, Sir Kensington's, Acorns, and Sweetgreen before launching Torch as the institutionalized investment platform. The firm closed Fund I at $60M in 2019 and raised over $200M in additional capital bringing AUM to $400M+, with portfolio exits including Sir Kensington's (acquired by Unilever) and Highsnobiety (acquired by Zalando).
