Manager's Experience
Oncology Ventures is led by Founder and Managing Partner Ben Freeberg, a healthcare venture investor who brings together investment experience, operator backgrounds, and first-hand patient perspective. Ben was previously a Vice President at Optum Ventures and the first employee at Alpha Partners, and later helped build value-based cancer startup Thyme Care. As a stage-3 cancer survivor, he combines personal insight with disciplined thesis-based investing across 16 themes in oncology care.
