Manager's Experience
The Olea Venture Partners team is led by Founding Managing Partner Harietta Eleftherochorinou, who brings over two decades of experience across AI, healthcare, and company creation. Harietta was previously VP of AI Strategy & Operations at IQVIA where she led global AI transformation, and earlier established Deloitte's Data and AI practice. She is joined by Managing Partner Lampros Kourtis, a serial entrepreneur who co-founded Chronicles Health and Hyalex Orthopaedics, holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford, and has served as Adjunct Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine.
