Manager's Experience

Formed in 2016 with three general partners: Sam Evans, Jonathan Kalman and Carl-Georg Bauer-Schlichtegroll. Bauer-Schlichtegroll previously headed the Financial Institutions Group at JP Morgan and Credit Suisse; Evans led the insurance deal advisory practice at KPMG; Kalman is a career VC with multiple exits. Evans worked on over $75 billion of insurance transactions at KPMG. Manages roughly $250M AUM across 21+ active companies with a team of 12 in London, New York and Los Angeles.
