Manager's Experience
Founded in 2025 by Pavel Mucha (Founder), one of Central and Eastern Europe's most experienced VC investors with 15+ years across venture capital and private markets. Mucha founded KAYA VC (one of CEE's first venture firms) and co-founded Orbit Capital (venture debt firm), backing regional success stories including Rohlik Group, Mews, Booksy, and DocPlanner, and served as LP in seed VC funds behind Revolut, PhotoRoom, Incident, and Yoco. Co-founder Zaya Kadyrova joined in July 2026 as General Partner leading the Eternals growth strategy, previously at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Tülin Tokatli serves as Partner leading the Tribes strategy for early-stage VC investments, previously evaluating VC investors at the European Investment Fund (EIF). The fund closed €515M in inaugural fundraise, backed by Czech pension provider Rentea and The Partners Group (€7B AUM Czech financial organization). Deployed first €100M into portfolio including Revolut, Databricks, VAST Data, Vinted, ElevenLabs, and Baseten.
