AndosinsCapital is a Family Office owned by the Cerqueda Donadeu family that manages the investments made by the family members since they started their activity as investors. These investments are organised into three business areas: Financial, Industrial and Real Estate. The origin of the Family Office goes back to the foundation of Banc Agricol i Comercial d'Andorra in 1930, when Mr. Manuel Cerqueda i Escaler was appointed Managing Director of the Bank. In 1947, Mr. Cerqueda acquired a majority stake of the Bank, this being the first Management Buy-Out in the Principality of Andorra. The mission of AndosinsCapital is to increase the long-term value of the family's assets, by managing and administrating them efficiently and optimising the balance between its risk profile and expected profitability.
